A toolkit more people can use.
An overview of the accessibility features included in IPOKit.com and how to report a browsing barrier.
Designed for different ways of browsing
IPOKit uses semantic page landmarks, a skip-to-content link, descriptive headings, visible keyboard focus, and a consistent navigation structure. The mobile menu has a labeled close button, supports Escape, and keeps keyboard focus within the open dialog until it is closed.
Motion controls
Scrolling strips and the animated wordmark can be paused with the “Pause motion” button. The site also respects a system preference for reduced motion. Text and source information remain available without requiring an animation to run.
Responsive content
Pages adapt to phone, tablet, and desktop widths. Wide data tables scroll inside a labeled, keyboard-focusable region rather than forcing the whole page to scroll sideways. Data labels remain available as text instead of relying on color alone.
Reading and interaction
Image dimensions are provided to reduce layout shifts, and featured graphics include descriptive alternative text. FAQ sections use native disclosure controls. Interactive filters expose their pressed state, and the result count is announced when a filter changes. Article pages include a table of contents and a print-friendly stylesheet.
JavaScript and browser features
Articles, company profiles, source links, and the core archive are included directly in the HTML. JavaScript adds the enhanced mobile dialog, table filters, motion preference, and hypothetical return explorer. Basic page content does not require an account or a network connection to an external application.
Report a barrier
Email [email protected] with the page address, browser or device, the task you were trying to complete, and the barrier you encountered. This statement describes implemented features; it does not claim third-party certification.
