Keep filing, pricing, first trading, and closing milestones distinct.

7. PUBLIC-COMPANY COMMUNICATIONS
Name owners for recurring reporting and review.
Connect external claims with approved underlying evidence.
Plan how to explain both favorable and unfavorable changes.
